Is there anything i can take to prevent aura migraines?

Maybe: There are preventative treatments to avoid migraines- usually for the whopper headache. These can include beta blockers or amitriptyline. If you just get the aura, you are lucky. There are other meds to stop an attack once it hits.

Yes: We can use oral medications including calcium channel blockers to stabilize the membranes of the blood vessels which can prevent auras. It would be something you need to take every day.
