Aortic pulsation: Aorta is the biggest vessel taking origin from left side of the heart ,and comes through your chest and abdomen and in the pelvis it divides into 2 main branches .In thin individuals you can see and feel the pulsation. It is not abnormal if you are young and don't have atherosclerotic dz of heart and blood Vs.But if you are over 40 , not thin, check with ur dr as it could be abnormal dilatation .

Aortic pulsations?: Worst thing could be an abdominal aortic aneurysm. Speak to your doc and you might need an ultrasound exam of abdomen.
