Sweating is an: important function of your skin. You do not want to prevent sweating as you may then harm yourself by overheating. It is unlikely you could sweat enough to become dehydrated enough to cause organ damage. It is simple to prevent excessive dehydration. Drink more water before exercise or sunning!
