When i jog, i sometimes get dehydrated by the sun and lose balance? i also get an ear ache. how can i prevent this?

Hydration is key: During exersize you must stay well hydrated. That may mean taking breaks or carrying water with you when you jog. Also, replenish your body with electrolytes. Dizziness may be related to low blood pressure from heat and fluid loss. It's unclear why ear pain would be related and that should be evaluated with an ear exam.
