How long do u have: There are some conditions that can happen in this area - one is called sentinel piles/hemorrhoids which is a mucous tag from the anal region covering a fissure - a break in the continuity of the mucous membrane of the anus. Other lumps could be a simple abscess, or could be the beginning of an abscess called ischiorectal abscess. Better see your PCP.
