Sort of: Plan B tends disrupt the normal menstrual cycle. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine.

Not normal: Bleeding for 9 to 10 days is not normal. Bleeding for longer than 7 days is excessive. Please consult with your gynecologist.
