May be not normal: Infection or a pregnancy may have a role in this . Get a pregnancy test to find out if it is the case, if negative than get checked for a bladder infection and also STI if indicated. If all these tests are turns out to be negative than you can say that this cramping is coming from plan b due to hormonal fluctuations.

Plan B : Plan b should be taken within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse. It is a high dose of Progesterone designed to delay or prevent ovulation. Cramps are not a typical side effect. If you have been having cramps for this long consider seeing an Obgyn for an evaluation to determine the cause and treatment
