Go to ED please!: Ongoing pain getting worse with movement might indicate a problem inside the abdomen, or it might indicate a muscular sprain. You need to be checked out as many problems in the abdomen (including serious and life threatening ones) might cause a similar pain. Hope you get well soon.

Right sided pain: Listening to your history I would be most suspicious for a kidney stone. Given you are a woman,gynecological problmes possible (ovary) , gallbladder, some type of bowel probllem or appendicitis. If this has been ongoing for two days, get checked.
