Follow up with doc: First, sorry you are in pain. Second, you should go back to the physician that ordered the test or saw you for the pain. Okay... Now, focal caliectasis, is a fancy way of saying that in one spot of the kidney the drainage system looks enlarged compared to the rest. At 19 years old, this is unlikely related to your pain and is something you were born with. Good luck, and follow up with your doctor.
