Lung granulomas: 36 F asks: Is 3 yrs long enough for 3 granulomas to calcify? Why would they still be noncalcified? 3 found in left lower lobe in lung. ANS: depends on what is causing the granuloma. Some never do. & depends on what most common cause of lung granulomas in Eufaula. So the best person to ask is a chest specialist who has been practicing near Eufaula for a long time. Have that Dr examine u & X-ray
