Don't worry yet.: By your description, this sounds to be a benign lymph node enlargement. Typically they go away within two weeks. Certainly if this node doesn't go away in four weeks total, you should get an evaluation - typically this would include excision of the node for definitive diagnosis, unless an obvious reason for it to be there is otherwise found.
