Twitching prostate?: 1) Your prostate is not between your anus and scrotum. 2) Prostates don't twitch. If yours did, that would definitely be one for the books. 3) Use common sense. What tissue or organ DOES twitch? Answer: A muscle or an organ containing muscle. The area you're referring to is called the perineum. There is muscle there. If your perineal twitchies don't go away, call your doctor.
