Is it stable in size: As long as this is stable in size over a period of months, and hasn't increased any further. Nothing else is recommended. If you are willing to have a biopsy performed, you'll want to see an ENT physician, however it may not be paid for by your insurance. Keep an eye it, and if it increases in size tell your doctor who ordered the ultrasound of your neck. Watchful waiting is best.

Prob Just LN, but...: Lymph nodes in these areas are very common. If they are stable they are likely nothing to be concerned about & may eventually shrink. However, you do not say how they were found or if ultrasounds have been done or describe the characteristics. You should have a general physical exam and basic bloodwork done in order to make sure these are simply benign reactive lymph nodes.
