EMLA: is probably the strongest. But beard waxing? OUCH!!! You should probably consider having laser hair reduction, which will last longer and not hurt as much. Look for someone with a 1064 NdYAG laser such as Aerolase. It will also prevent ingrown beard hairs, which waxing could actually cause. Good luck!
