Which Nyquil?: different preparations with different formulations, at any rate, most caplets/pills contain doxylamine, an antihistamine, which can paradoxically cause CNS stimulation rather than sedation, also can cause blurred vision. It may take up to a day or two to be cleared off your system, so don't drive, rest no more doses, see your doctor/urgent care if symptoms worsen, best wishes
