Intolerance/allergy: If this is recent, then it may be a stomach bug. If it's been longer, it could be an intolerance to a certain food (like lactose in dairy products), or an allergy. Best thing to do is to have a daily diary of what you eat and when you have symptoms so you can see if there's a pattern. Then start eliminating one food at a time- try to eliminate each for at least a few days. Consider an evaluation
