Every time i have a bm, there is always some stool left. endless wiping, lots of gas, especially after bm. ?

Not emptying stool: Is your sense of incomplete fecal evacuation relatively acute &/or associated with fever, nausea, vomiting, bleeding? Then seek help now. If chronic, consider partial obstruction, proctitis, many different forms of pelvic floor & rectal dysfunction, & even irritable bowel. Treatment depends on possible causes. Please avoid self-treatment with laxatives/enemas/irritant suppositories--get evaluated.
