I am a 68 yr old female. missed my flu shot. have been coughing and now have pleurisy - do i need antibiotics, or is there another way?

Are you sick?: Hard to tell if what you're experiencing represents a viral or bacterial infection. Or if it's sinusitis, bronchitis or pneumonia. Some infections would really require an antibiotic. Would be best to be evaluated locally.
