Had spondylolisis l4/l5 since 2009. noticed bony bump, went and got a xray, doctor said it was fine, not concerned about bump.how can i get rid of it?

Please repost: Please repost and clarify WHERE this bony bump is, why you want to get rid of it, if it IS bone, how you would expect to "get rid" of it without having it surgically sawn off, and how you know it isn't a vital structure.that you SHOULDN'T have hacked off.

Depends: It certainly depends completely on what the "bone bump" is. It is likely a normal anatomic structure such as a spinous process or posterior iliac Spine and that the pain you may be having in the area is mor related to the spondylolysis. As such it is not likely you can do anything on your own to eliminate it. I would discuss the specifics of your case with your doctor.
