Nasal congestion: May be due to allergies, or if at night, reflux. Ranitidine is an reflux treatment as well as anti allergy medicine and may help. Elevate head of bed to prevent reflux. if you use decongestants too often you get a rebound effect so when you stop them the stuffiness returns so try to avoid . Follow up with allergist to determine if allergies Also check for sleep apnea.
