I was eating egg sandwich and laughed . all food went up my nose. i started blowing my nose and egg was coming out . im trying to keep blowing but im scared to sleep now since i still feel annoyed . can the food stuck in my nose block my breathing?

You will be fine. You eliminated most if not all particles. Go to pharmacy and buy nasal cleaning solution, squirt it in nose and blow out again. If you developed breathing problems you would know by now.
