Molluscum?: Just a guess, but "pink" and "raised" make me think of molluscum contagiosum, a minor viral infection that at your age usually is sexually acquired. Usually there would be several bumps in the pubic area. Google it for photos to see if they match what you see. Then visit a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment. Good luck.
