Acne: This sounds like acne. hard to tell without seeing it. Do you have acne? If so, treatment with benzoyl peroxide may help

Hello. Son is 4. Two days ago presented with fever (100.5f) malaise. Since then he has developed small red flat circular rash on buttocks primarily to a lesser degree on back, a bit around nose.
Flat nose rash red AM now reddish purple. Pores dark purple. No known trauma. No fever, achy muscles, stiff neck. Small posterior cevical lymph inv.
