Irritability: Inflammation and irritability of brain (nervous system) causes seizures. Change diet and lifestyle to prevent future episodes. Avoid grain, lentils, milk protein containing foods. Consume flesh foods, eggs, olive/coconut/avocado oil, grass fed butter, vegetables, minimal fruit. Get sunshine for 30-45 min daily or vitamin D3 10,000 IU/day, probiotics. Exercise for at least 10-15 minutes/day.
