Will labra tear on shoulder that is detached heal with phyiscal thearpy? 6 weeks of pt with slight improvement. surgery suggested.

It depends: How well it heals depends on many factors, including how bad the tear was, your shoulder health prior to the injury, and how well you comply with the rest and PT program. They do take a long time to heal. If they do not heal, significant strength and movement restrictions and pain may occur.

Varies: It is not uncommon for them not to heal and then surgery is often recommended.
