Can a periodontal fistula tract heal itself? i have no pain now or swelling or visible tract. took antibiotics as prescription one week.

Cause of infection ?: Antibiotics do not solve periodontal issues, they just alleviate the symptoms for a short time. Once the cause of the periodontal defect is treated, then the fistula should heal. For example, if you have a deep pocket or a furcation, antibiotics will not cure those conditions, they need to by physically addressed.
