Cut out ingrown toe nail and pulled out skin with it. been two weeks (one on antibiotics) swelling mostly gone, but still in pain, ideas?

Epsom salt soak: Try soaking your foot in warm water and epsom salt. Remove embedded debris from the nail borders, and apply an antibiotic ointment to temporarily soften the corners. If you have redness and drainage, have it looked at by a professional.
