What is the difference between classic and non classic mvp?

Differing dx: There is lesser thickness of mitral leaflet/s, which measures less than 5 millimetres and leaflet displacement measures less than 2 millimetres, in non-classic mitral valve prolapse. Less thickness generally means a less risk of complications. Depending on the actual measurement, non-classic prolapse is sometimes considered to be a normal variation in the anatomy of the valve.
