How do they test besides exam for mvp?

Echo: Besides a good physical exam with attention to the heart, an echo which is essentially an ultrasound of the heart is the best test. It is not painful and simple to do. It looks at all the valves of the heart and can see how they are functioning and can diagnosis mvp.

I was diagnosed with MVP. My cardiologist tells me I'm fine and all my tests look good. Yet, I constantly have symptoms. Why? I'm a 26 y/o male
My last few CBC test this year my MVP has been 7 and now my platelets are over 400 (they've been btwn 250-341) is this odd?
Is 120 MS of QRS normal interval for ECG test? Can this be a sign of MVP mild MR (which I have) or other valvular diseases?
