Rheumatologic.: This does point to some rheumatologic condition. More testing is warranted. The ANA doesn't tell the whole story in this regard.

Ana 1:80 speckled, RA 12,70 ui/ml (normal <14ui/ml), C-reactive protein 2.mg/l, VDRL negative. Im female and 35 years old. Could be lupus?
