Depends: If the scratch was superficial, there may not be a scar. Slightly deeper scratch may have temporary change in appearance at the site. If it was a deep gouge and especially if it get infected, there may be a long lasting scar. Apply Neosporin ointment to the scratch. You can get it over the counter at a drug store.
