Sure: Taking methylprednisolone (a corticosteroid similar to prednisone) doesn't stop a person from using cocaine nor from getting a false positive on a drug screeing test (if not a cocaine user). The drug screen result should not be affected by the use of a corticosteroid, meaning there is not a relationship between the corticosteroid medication and the drug screening test.
