3 days: Urine testing for cocaine becomes negative after 3 days of discontinuing it. Urine tests are not done to detect amoxicillin.

This advice only pertains to urine provided after stopping cocaine for 3 days. The original urine sample may still remain positive after 3 days. Sorry for the confusion.
