Short Term: You are stopping a medication that is sedating and has some immediate anxiety reducing effects (lyrica - pregabalin) and increasing the dose of a medication that has delayed effects on anxiety, that is not particularly sedating and that can have some short term activating effects (insomnia, jitteriness) (cipralex, Lexapro - escitalopram). For a week or two you can expect these effects.
