L1 radiculopathy: The skin distribution you describe is covered by the ilioinguinal nerve which is a branch of the first lumbar root L1. Based on your hx of low back adjustment, your left L1 root may have gotten irritated either from a sudden nerve root repositioning or from a mechanical compression by the contents of your spine (disk bulge, osteophyte complex etc). mri L spine would show a new disk bulge.
