Tingling, tickling, buzzing, throughout left leg with twitches and pinch feelings. had chiropractor adjustment last week. could it be nerve?

Could be: It certainly could be a herniated disc causing lumbar radiculopathy. A formal exam by a pm;r doctor or other spine specialist could help to determine if that is true lumbar radiculopathy or something else mimicing it (piriformis syndrome with sciatica for instance).

Irritated Nerves: Irritated nerves usually give you symptoms such as tingling, tickling, or buzzing.

Cannot recommend: It is your choice, but a chiropractor is not a true physician and at best could be a mediocre therapist. Have seen disc ruptures secondary to these "adjustments".. See an MD or DO and see what has occurred.
