A member asked:

Is it true that untreated chlamydia infections usually clear up on their own within a few years? i dont have chlamydia i was just curious about it

A doctor has provided 1 answer

They often do: It's moot. Nobody can study this scientifically by following a group that is not being treated. Historically, before there was good treatment, many guy would have their drip resolve after a few weeks or months but others would have it for years. Glad you're not affected. Best wishes
