BP change: Sometime a sudden change in BP can cause this symptom even if your measured BP is normal. Standing up quickly or getting up quickly even in bed can cause this. Keep hydrated. Do you have hypertension or other medical problems?

This is common: It's more likely to happen if you're a little bit dry / dehydrated or are older, but it can happen to anyone. The nervous system redistributes where the blood flows as the position of your body changes. For some folks, it takes a few moments. Stand slowly, stay well-hydrated. If this gets worse or you lose consciousness, get seen. Best wishes.
