My mri report shows that there is mild mucosal thickening in bilateral maxillary sinus. what does it mean and what should i do for it ?

Mild sinusitis: This is a common finding on MRI. It usually is of no importance unless you have sinus headaches, or an active sinus infection. You can try using non-sedative antihistamines or steroid nasal sprays if allergies are a problem. For a more natural alternative you may use a Neti pot to break up the mucus. If you have no symptoms, then don't worry about it much.
