Not related: What is the reason for the neck node.Even caries tooth can cause it , but nodes from thyroid,mouth infections and cancers ,on lt side alone from stomach cancer things like lymphoma,leukemia can cause the enlarged nodes. TB lymph node tough rare in US to be r/o. If you have abdominal nodes,they can put pr on the ureter and cause renal colic like picture though it will not happen all of a sudden.

Renal colic: they will not be related. renal colic is not a infection, it is blockage of the ureters with a renal stone.
