See doctor: Recurrent mouth ulcers can be due to Vit B 12 deficiency , iron deficiency, certain diseases like crowns disease, reactive arthritis, Bechet's syndrome, certain medications . Please consult your doctor.

Maybe RUS: Recurring crops of mouth ulcers suggests Recurrent Ulcerative Stomatitis. See an Oral Surgeon for a definitive diagnosis and treatment. You can't cure yourself.
