Normal BMI 6': You are very tall and your ideal weight is an important question for you because there are compressive impacts on your spine and joints from your height alone. They are amplified by the mechanical impacts of excessive weight. Depending upon your lean body mass - The percent of your scale weight due to muscle and bone- a healthy body weight is about 150 to 170 pounds. You know when you look best!

Desired weight: At 6' and female your desired weight by BMI standard (21.75) is 160 lb or about 11.4 stone.Your present weight places your BMI @15.4 places you in the underweight category where <3% of women your stature reside.A minimal desired weight would be @BMI 18 or 9.5 stone (133 lb).Perhaps you could find a simple supplement to take daily.(Ensure, Breakfast Essentials in the US)
