Urogenital infection: A urogenital infection is most likely, including cystitis (uncomplicated UTI), kidney infection especially if you have fever or nausea/vomiting, or a sexually transmitted infection like gonorrhea or chlamydia. See your doctor to get testing and appropriate treatment.

Urinary tract infect: Given your age and description of your symptoms it is likely that you are experiencing a urinary tract infection. Of concern is the lower back pain possibly being pyelonephritis. If you are also experiencing fevers, chills, shakes, the infection may have spread into your bloodstream. If having the latter symptoms, please go to an emergency room for further work up and treat or call your PCP soon.
