Challenging: Diffuse back pain is likely muscular in origin and not necessarily coming from the spine. Your description is not detailed enough to come up with a specific diagnosis. If there is pain in other areas of the body focused to the muscles, this could be consistent with fibromylagia. Discuss with your doc.
