A member asked:

Are normal and optimal the same with regards to testosterone levels? what is a optimal t level for a 44 yr old male? as opposed to "normal"?

Above 400.: Levels of normal can be considered as low as the low 200s, but generally speaking a level above 400 is subjectively considered optimal. 400-800 is a good range.

Testosterone : Want testosterone levels in the normal range. Going high will cause many deleterious effects that will also atrophy your testes through a feedback loop. Don't over supplement.
