Ok: Not related issues. Use any antibiotic ointment....a dab of it in a Q-tip, at bed time to both nostrils, hydrate yourself. Take extra Vit C. I think your nose bleed is related to the cold weather ( unless you have nasal polyp ). UTI will be better with antibiotic.....rest assured.

Blood tests: i would recommend at least a blood count to make sure you dont have anemia or low platelets. Also, even if urine clears up, would repeat urine in next month to confirm no blood.
