Yes: There is a familial trend with aneurysms. Your sister should consider getting tested, and at some point your daughter should as well. Talk with your neurosurgeon about the best screening tests to use.

Small increased risk: Typically, when speaking about familial intracranial aneurysm disease, screening is only recommended for families if 2 first degree relatives have proven intracranial aneurysms. Though there is a small increase in risk with only affected single first degree relative, screen is not recommended in this case.
