Tachycardia: It is hard to interpret "felt like I just had an intense run", but if you meant your heart was racing as if you had exerted yourself, then a racing heart rhythm (tachycardia) is likely. If it went on for very long, you could get some abdominal and/or chest pain and shortness of breath. If it resolved by itself with no consequences, no worry. If it comes back you should try to be seen then.
