See Gyn ASAP: Any heavy or abnormal bleeding after the age of 35 needs to be evaluated. If you are in menopause age, it's even more crucial since your risk of hyperplasia (pre-cancerous) or cancer is higher. See a gyn asap so you can undergo an exam, labs for anemia, and a biopsy to evaluate for cancer. There are many non-cancerous reasons for your bleeding but it's important to rule out the dangerous first.
