Cervical radic: this could be from pinched cervical roots aka cervical radiculopathy, at your age the most common reason for it is a disk bulge/herniation. less likely is a demyelinating cervical lesion like MS, would be atypical to involve both sides. MRI C-spine would help answer this, emg/ncs will be normal in purely sensory cervical radiculopathy.
